Spring and fall weekends typically book 4–6 months out; winter and summer dates often hold 6–8 weeks ahead. If your date is close, ask anyway — cancellations happen.

A signed agreement and a 25% retainer. The balance is due seven days before the event, and everything is refundable or movable up to 30 days out.

The Alcove and Studio need roughly 10×10 feet with one standard outlet; the Garden Frame needs 12×12 feet of level ground. We confirm the footprint on a venue walkthrough.

Yes — the first 50 miles are included, and destination events are our favorite emails to open. Travel is quoted flat, never hourly.
